Kitesurfing
We offer IKO kitesurfing courses and Kite rental for beginners to advanced. Kitesurf Courses are taught by qualified staff who will take you through the different levels.
IKO Level 1 Beginner Course
IKO level 2 Intermediate course
- Define if the practice area is safe
- Set up and check the equipment alone (kite lines and control bar)
- Body drag in in all directions
- Controlling the kite in the power area with one hand
- Learn the waterstart
- Recover the board in deep water and position the feet in the foot straps with constant control over the kite
- Ride the board while moving the kite up and down
- Tie the board leash alone
IKO level 3 Advanced course
- Know the right of way rules
- Ride away from the shore and come back
- Edge on the heel and toe and moving the kite
- Stop by Edging
- Be able to keep on the edge
- Ride away from the shore and come back
- Ride upwind
- Ride constantly upwind
- Recover the board without the leash by body dragging upwind
- Switch of direction
- Know the theoretical approach to jumping
- Perform a small jump and land
